AMSTERDAM (İnterAjans) - Accusing Dutch soldiers rape and torture of two Indonesian, Netherlands are preparing for war crimes to sue.
With the lawsuit filed 1947-1949 During providing compensation to spouses of those killed in the Javanese village of Rawagedeh by Dutch soldiers KUKB committee, Hollanda’nın ilk kez infaz dışında bir savaş suçundan yargılanacağını kaydetti.
Hollanda askerlerinin 1947 yılında kendisine işkence yaptıklarını iddia eden adam ile Cava’nın Peniwen köyündeki evinde Hollandalı askerlerin tecavüzüne uğradığını söyleyen kadın tarafından açılacak davanın hazırlıkları KUKB komitesi tarafından sürdürülüyor.
Hollanda’nın Cakarta Büyükelçisi Tjeerd de Zwaan, 1940’lı yıllarda yaşananlar için 12 Eylül 2013 tarihinde Hollanda adına Endonezya’dan özür dilemişti.
