ADALET Bakanı Bekir Bozdağ, Ankara Bölge Adliye Mahkemesine gerçekleştirdiği ziyarette yaptığı konuşmada, aralarında HDP Eş Genel Başkanları Selahattin Demirtaş ve Figen Yüksekdağ’ın da bulunduğu bazı milletvekillerinin gözaltına alınmasına ilişkin değerlendirmelerde de bulundu.
HDP’den 15 milletvekili hakkında gözaltı kararı verildiğini ifade eden Bozdağ, söz konusu kararlar eleştirilerek kıyametler kopartıldığını söyledi.
Türkiye’nin hukuk devleti, kanun önünde de herkesin eşit olduğunu dile getiren Bozdağ, herkese uygulanan hukukun, dokunulmazlığı kaldırılmış milletvekillerine de ayrımsız uygulandığına dikkati çekti.
Milletvekillerinin, parti genel başkanlarının ifade vermelerinin, “hukuk devletine, yargı süreçlerine saygı” olduğunu ifade eden Bozdağ, bunun da kanuna, nizama ve Anayasa’ya uymak anlamına geldiğini kaydetti.

Türkiye’nin demokratik bir hukuk devleti olduğuna işaret eden Bozdağ, “Yargı yetkisi Türk milleti adına bağımsız mahkemeler tarafından kullanılmaktadır.
