Utrecht’in Hoograven semtinde bulunan ‘t Goylaan caddesinde başlatılan inşaat çalışmaları halkı bezdirdi.

Daha önce Lunetten tarafında yapılan yol çalışmaları uzun sürmüştü ve bittikten sonra trafiğin rahatlayacağı belirtilmiş fakat yinede sorunlar meydana geldiği belirtiliyor.
